Watch service — what we do, what you do
We test your website at fixed intervals and send you the findings. Working through them is yours to do — in return we never touch your system and need nothing from you but the address.
The offer at a glance
- Price — from €19 per month, graduated by annual turnover, excl. VAT
- Standard applied — EN 301 549 V3.2.1, which refers to WCAG 2.1 Level AA
- Test interval — the home page weekly, all discoverable pages every 14 days, up to eight
- Your effort — about ten minutes of setup once, nothing afterwards
- Access to your system — none
- Remediation — not included — you or your developers work through the report
- Test mark — not included
- Term — cancellable monthly, no setup fee
What happens after you order
Six steps. The timings count working days from receipt of the order.
- 01 · minute 1
Initial scan
We open your home page and follow its links to contact, legal notice, privacy, terms, basket, sign-in and a product page — up to eight pages. No address is guessed: anything that is not linked counts as not found and is reported as such.
- 02 · day 1
Test report
Every finding with its success criterion, location in the code, severity and a note on what to change. Anything that sits in the header or footer of every page is counted once and noted as “on N of M pages” — otherwise the report would be three to four times longer without saying more.
- 03 · days 1–5
Accessibility statement
You get a template in which the success criteria from your findings are already named. Filling it in, checking it and publishing it stays with you: it is a statement about your website, not about our testing.
- 04 · from week 1
Short test
The home page weekly. You only hear from us if something has changed — no weekly report with nothing in it.
- 05 · every 14 days
Full test
All discoverable pages, up to eight, compared with the previous run: fixed, open, new.
- 06 · on every new finding
Notification
An e-mail with the success criterion, the location and the page affected, within one working day of the test. That way your developers know what the last update brought in before anybody else notices.
What you have to do
Very little — and none of it touches your system.
- Give us the address at which your website can be reached. The first scan needs nothing more.
- Give us a billing address and your turnover tier. The price follows annual turnover, not the number of your pages.
- If a protection service locks us out: add our identifier. Some services answer requests from an automated browser with a block — measured on a shop whose home page answered while every subpage rejected each request with a 403. We do not circumvent such a block; that would mean defeating an access control. Instead you receive our identifier and enter it in your allow list. Without that we test only what is reachable and record the rest as “not testable” in the report.
- Work through the report. That is the part the watch service does not take off your hands. If you have neither in-house developers nor an agency for it, All-round is the better fit.
What we do not need from you: no credentials, no account in your shop system, no access to your repository, no files. The watch service works purely with what any ordinary visitor to your site sees as well. That means the questions of data processing, system access and liability for damage to your live system do not arise in the first place.
What you get and when
| Service | Form | When |
|---|---|---|
| Test report | HTML report by e-mail | on the first working day after ordering |

| Full test of all discoverable pages | report compared with the previous run | every 14 days |
| Notification of new findings | e-mail with success criterion, location and page | within one working day of the test |
| Accessibility statement | template naming the success criteria from your findings | once, on request afterwards |
| Test log | list of all tests with date and result | at any time; at the end of the contract as an archive copy |
What is not included
This is not in the small print but here — it is the reason the rest can be believed.
No remediation. You get a report with the success criterion, the location and a remediation note, but we change nothing on your website. If you want to hand the work over rather than receive it, book All-round.
No test mark. It requires that the tested state has actually been produced — and under the watch service that is your work, not ours. That is why the mark belongs to All-round. The award rules are public.
Automated testing covers roughly one third of the criteria. What remains untested includes keyboard operability of the checkout, focus visibility, reading and tab order, whether alternative texts are factually right, whether error messages are understandable, and captions in videos. A report without findings is therefore no proof of accessibility, and the report says so.
The checkout stays out of scope. We open the basket but do not fill it. The ordering process is the most delicate part of a shop and is not tested at present.
We do not click consent banners away. An automated click on “Accept” would be a declaration of intent in your name. Where a banner covers content, the number of findings is more likely too low than too high — and we note that in the report as well.
No legal advice and no statement about your legal position. We are a private testing service — not an authority, not a notified body, not a law firm. We tell you what we measured and against which standard. Whether your website meets the legal requirements is not something we state: neither for you nor against you. A clean bill of health would be just as much a legal judgement as an accusation.
How long it takes
A scan across eight pages takes 20 to 30 seconds. Measured on 21 Aug 2026 across eight shops and 49 pages: 211 seconds in total, around 4.3 seconds per page. The first findings are there before you close the browser.
After that the watch service costs you no more time. The tests run at our end, and you hear from us only when something has changed.
How long working through it takes depends on the findings — and is usually shorter than their number suggests. Across 19 tested domains, 794 findings came down to only 284 separate decisions: much of it repeats and can be settled in a single place in the theme.
How to cancel
Monthly, to the end of the billing month, informally in text form. No minimum term, no setup fee, no call-back designed to change your mind.
- Testing ends on the last day of the term. After that we no longer call up your website.
- You receive the test log as an archive copy — it is your evidence of continuous effort in case of an inspection.
- No test mark is involved in the watch service. So there is nothing you would have to remove from your site either.
- Your reports and the accessibility statement remain yours. We reclaim nothing.

All-round in detail
The same testing, but we prepare the corrections, test again and award the test mark.
Pricing
Three tiers by annual turnover, openly published, without a sales call.
Does it apply to me?
The most common question first — including the exemption for micro-enterprises.
Findings first, decision second
The scan costs nothing and takes half a minute. Only once you know how much there is to do is it worth talking about price.
